Max Mind

Maximize Your Mind!

If you think you can do it, or you think you can't do it, You’re right!! YOUR mindset is critical in every aspect of your life; YOUR finances, YOUR health, YOUR family, YOUR work all depend on it! Notice I put YOUR, it is up to you, make the choice! It’s not wishful thinking! How do we master OUR thoughts? We need to understand that OUR emotions control OUR every thought! It is time to shift your AWARENESS!

Negative Emotions

Afraid, lonely, angry, sad, betrayed, disappointed, ugly, inadequate, guilty, resentment, heartbroken, unappreciated, unworthy, empty, poor, sick, medical diagnosis.

If you think you are a victim, not capable, don’t have enough self control, exercise is not for me, that advanced eating plan is too hard, I get sore, I can eat cupcakes, I don’t have enough time, I’m too tired; YOU’RE RIGHT! You will believe yourself! People think about what they don't want and attract more of the same!

Accepted, achieving, adequate, loved, appreciated, admirable, happy, capable, beautiful, helpful, complete, energized, efficient, awesome, abundant, believing, fulfilled, healthy, blessed!!

I know each and everyone one of you can be described in the positive emotions listed above. The best way to predict your future is to create it. Only through focus can you do world-class things, no matter how capable you are. Set goals SO big that when you achieve them, they will blow your mind. No one else can think or feel for you. It’s YOU, ONLY YOU!

Identify your dominating thoughts and link them to emotions. Become aware! An affirmative thought and prayer is 100 times more powerful than a negative one. Is that good news?! YES! You can change your emotions immediately by thinking of something that makes you smile, singing a song, remembering an amazing experience. Does exercise help?! YES! Does cupcakes and pizza?! NO!! Create a culture of exceptional health, happiness, fun, and love! Remember, 100% of the shots you don't take don't go in. DO OR DO NOT, THERE IS NO TRY!

Can we now cure HIV in newborns?

Doctors are reporting that a child born with HIV that was put on an unusually aggressive treatment regimen has been functionally cured of the infection. Using the most sensitive HIV testing available, they were able to find only trace amounts of HIV "particles" but no virus capable of replicating, the research team reported.

"If there is a trial that shows this can happen again, then this will be very important," said Dr. Karin Nielsen, a pediatrician who specializes in infectious diseases at UCLA's David Geffen School of Medicine. "You'll be able to treat people very intensively and reverse the disease."

The news provides no answers for adults living with HIV but it can be a landmark victory in the health of future generations. Every year, 300,000 to 400,000 babies are born infected with HIV according to Dr. Anthony Fauci, head of the National Institute for Allergies and Infectious Diseases.

The treatment consisted of giving the newborn a three-drug…

Unknowingly to most, NCDs also include autoimmune diseases, many cancers, asthma, diabetes, chronic kidney disease and many more.

Most Low- to middle income countries has dual disease burdens of NCDs and IDs including tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS and parasitic diseases. Unfortunately, experts, institutions and policies that support prevention and control of these two overarching disease categories have very limited int…
